TERMS, POLICIES & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Treasure Cleaning (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking, purchasing, or using any of our residential, commercial, or short-term rental cleaning services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms, Policies, and Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Treasure Cleaning provides residential, commercial, and short-term rental (Airbnb/VRBO) cleaning services throughout Maryland and the Boise, Idaho metro area.

2. Booking & Payment

A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking. Your card is authorized but not charged until the cleaning service is complete. Payment is due immediately upon completion.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

24+ hours’ notice: $40 cancellation fee

Less than 24 hours: 50% of scheduled cleaning

No-show/locked-out: 100% of scheduled cleaning

4. Access to Property

Clients must provide safe access. Missing keys or invalid entry instructions will be treated as no-shows.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Notify within 24 hours for a free re-clean. After 24 hours, corrections are billed as a new service.

6. Liability & Damages

Claims must be reported within 24 hours. Treasure Cleaning’s total liability shall not exceed the total paid for that service. We are not liable for normal wear, unsecured items, manufacturer defects, or indirect damages.

7. Health & Safety

We use safe cleaning products. We reserve the right to leave any unsafe or unsanitary environment; full payment still applies.

8. Service Refusal & Termination

We may refuse or terminate service for unsafe conditions, unpaid balances, repeated cancellations, or abusive conduct.

9. Independent Contractors

Treasure Cleaning may engage vetted, insured subcontractors.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Maryland courts.

Treasure Cleaning respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your data.

We collect personal and technical information such as name, contact info, service details, and cookies.

2. How We Use Information

We use your data to process bookings, payments, and communications, and to comply with legal requirements. We never sell your data.

3. Third-Party Partners

We share limited data with trusted partners such as payment processors and booking platforms.

Cookies are used to improve website experience; you may disable them in your browser.

5. Data Security

We implement strong safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep data only as long as necessary for service or legal compliance.

8. Children’s Privacy

We do not collect information from children under 13.

9. Policy Updates

We may update policies with a new “Last Updated” date.
